NAPA TRACS Wireless Assistant
The NAPA TRACS Wireless Assistant is for service writers on the go. The TRACS Wireless Assistant is first in a class of mobile computers that runs on the Windows® Mobile platform.
The Wireless Assistant provides a handheld PDA-style wireless device and includes the ability to scan a vehicle VIN code, start an estimate, scan parts into inventory or reconcile a stockroom.
This powerful new tool provides all the information employees need to streamline the service writing process and make rapid, informed decisions. Additional functionality provides increased
productivity gains with access to real-time information and barcode data capture, smart battery, device level management, wireless and security options.
In addition to TRACS estimating and VIN code/inventory scanning functionality, the TRACS Wireless Assistant has the ability to run many 3rd party software applications such as email,
calendar, etc.
